Opened a paint program
Got rid of the thing he has around his neck
Re colored him to Blue
Added red hoof things.
Added unicorn horn
Added cyan to the mane.
Gave him red eyes.
Sent it onto computer
Opened ANOTHER paint program
made the background transparent and shrunk it.
Boom, I got this profile pic.

Well I started off with a picture of an anthro

did some cropping

removed a few things (stop thinking dirty)

made it transparent

resized it to 75x75

Then PurpleMetro added that cool green effect to it.
