Author Topic: I'm turning 15 soon, anything extra I should do for my permit?  (Read 1547 times)

Study, it's pretty easy. I failed my first test because I studied for like 10 minutes. The next time I took it I studied for a hour or two and the test took like 10 minutes. My actual driving test was shorter though. I lucked out on the driving test since it was through my high school. It wasn't really even an actual test. I just drove around the school and parallel parked, which I forgeted up. But still got my license. Still can't parallel park.
Are you me? Everything you just said was (and is) exactly the same for me. I hit a cone for parallel parking but got everything else perfect :cookieMonster:

It's just a written test for a driver's permit.
theres 25 questions(at least in ks) you can only miss 5, YOU MUST STUDY THE BOOKLET they give you/you buy from them for like $2

then you do drivers ed (which is fun)

then you have to do 50 hours of daylight driving and 10 hour of night time driving

after that i dont know cause thats as far as i am right now

How does one do this?  I'd just like to have prior knowledge, still a bit young here.

Almost, my instructor guided me. I still tapped the curb a little. I guess we're like brothers. But I had a friend fail the test for driving to slow on the main road connecting the campus to another part of it. I made fun of him pretty hard.

This

I failed a couple times cause I was too lazy to study.

Written test is easy if you study the stuff out of the booklet the night before, driving test is easy on the cone part, but the actual on-road test is a pain in the loving ass.

I got a 95% on written test, didn't lose any points on cones, got up coming back to the academy, there was a red light with a sign next to it "No right on red time-time", I was within the time and right on red is legal in Ohio unless there is a notice stating otherwise, so I took it immediately failed.

Pissed me off.
