The lack of evidence or backstory here does not help either because we can't tell why BlockoBlocko banned those people since you gave us no explanation. The bans could have been perfectly legitimate, as Cam's was. Cam's ban was due to a ton of freekilling, so his ban was legitimate, and we don't know the entire story.

and he teleported to me and killed me after i had killed a cop, he teleported, then he resurrected me and killed me, then resurrected me and killed me. it repeated once more but then i killed him
