If so, then share your exercising routine.

10:30 AM: I lift a water bottle to my room
1:00 PM (lunch): I lift big macs

No, I mainly do squats and run. In fact I turned in a 6:48 mile at school yesterday.

Swollow is jelly of my biceps.

With my ~40-70 lb backpack on I can do 9 pull-ups
idk if that counts as lifting, as it's my own body weight and that and such
Cannot do a single one-armed pull-up though D:

Morning:
40 pushups
40 crunches
40 situps
40 curls @ 35 pounds


IF EXERCISE DAY:
Strength, Cardio, etc training

Before Bed:
30 pushups
40 situps
40 crunches
40 curls @ 30 pounds


forget, so lazy.

Routine once a day

Arms: Using 25-30 pound dumbells

One arm Dumbell x10 both arms(Can't describe this exercise, it's strange)

Pushups x20

Standing DB Press x10

Tricep extensions x20

Shrugs x20

Rounds: 4

Abs:

Bicycles 30 seconds

Mountain climbers 30 seconds

back to bicycles for another 30 seconds

Mountain climbers for another 30 seconds

Iron butterflies for 30 seconds

Mountain climbers for 30 seconds

Iron butterflies for 30 seconds

Mountain climbers for 30 seconds

Legs:

Walls sits for 2 minutes

Step climbs with 25-30 pound dumbells each leg 10 times

Leg thrust with 25-30 pound dumbells

A stuff lot of gatorade and juice during

Protein shake

i leg pressed like 360 during that but that's when i barely knew how
now it's probably around 420
