I don't lift. I sit on my ass all day, reading books and comics.

Playing video games, eating food, and maybe I'll go for a walk with my dog.

But I do not lift.
Same here, other than in the morning, I do 5 pushups, and situps. I do the same before bed. As my doctor told me it would help my heart. The joys of having PVC's

It definitely wouldn't be useful for say, lifting heavy objects or anything.

I said walking is the healthiest and most useful thing you can do.

Lifting isn't just to allow you to lift heavier things you know, it's also for endurance.

While I may not benefit as much as much as others from lifting weights it still is beneficial.

Also kettlebells are the stuff.
