They are parasites you cant remove.

I think maggots are loving nasty just because imagine a bunch of them climbing all over your body and in any possible holes you have (ear, nose, snake, etc)
I find maggots more disgusting than spiders and roaches and rats

and then other highly common things like social rejection i guess
