However, I don't know why you put Bots in community. Yes, they join the fourms often, but they never post and we just forget about them. This rant wasn't well thought-out in my opinion.

he's an idiot with posts to make up for six users. His posts are completely stupid, and it's a trolling alt.

or they could just stay in their topic and/or defend themselves when people call them out. Have some tolerance. If someone makes a slight referance like "I wish MLP was in minecraft," don't throw your table across the room. His idea is probably as bad as yours.

bots clog up the system and eventually, later on, could take up valuable space. There is no telling what the immediate repercussions might be, but there need not be bots, I'll tell you that much.


On the other hand if they're constantly "online" that means the forum gains more site traffic and hence more notoriety...

I haven't been on the forums to much for the past few months as it has changed a lot in a bad way. I'm coming up on my 4 years here soon, Well this account, And the forums has changed just so much.

The Bots
If you haven't noticed, more and more bots have been signing up for the forums. Here is the dates of the 30k - 60k member milestones.
30,000: xHerobrinex (May 21, 2011)
40,000: TheNerd (September 23, 2012)
50,000: Bot (March 2013)
60,000: Bot (March 2013)
In March, 12 thousand bots (and maybe like 1,000 normal users) signed up. Soon, we'll pass 100k thanks to the bots. These aren't necessary and just make the member database more confusing.
