So...
Me and a few other chums are part of a community easter egg hunt, and guess whose job it was to fill eggs!
I decided to be clever and make a few "special eggs" but an idea crossed me. What if, insted of candy, I put a small slip of paper that read "YOU GET NOTHING" in one easy-to-see and larger-than-texas egg? We all had a laugh over it but then I started actually considering it. I'll probably decide against it but it would be priceless.

tl;dr:
Ruin a kid's easter for laughs or not?

Also just adding this is the type of hunt where there's a mass ration of around 15 : 1 for eggs : kids, so unless one of those starfish hoarders gets it it's more than likely they'll be too busy crushing and snorting chocolate eggs to notice.

what is funny about being an ass

No, don't ruin a kid's Easter.

that would make you an starfish

Make ONE, put Mr Wonka's face on it (as seen above), and add the appropriate caption.

Alternatively, if the egg is "larger-than-texas", maybe you could put a couple chocolate coins (or real ones?) in the bottom if you're worried that much. Even hide them a tiny bit, idk

something like what wheatley said would be better
like, making it seem like a joke. but then putting something nice in it, somehow hidden, if you could figure out how to hide something in a plastic egg

Do it. You're not ruining a kid's easter by having one easter egg with nothing. If anything you'll reduce his risk of diabetes or heart failure or somethin..

I thought Easter already happened...?

the kids are a little slow

the kids are a little slow
Yeah, we needed a week to plan I guess. I don't run the production, I only stuff and hide eggs.

obviously you'll ruin an unlucky kid's life, leading him to commit Self Delete, leaving you with deep regret and insecurity for the rest of your life
