you're making so possibly GOOD rpers who don't know about blockland forums can't play

Most serious role-plays I have visited have whitelist applications to ensure higher role play quality. It also makes administration much easier.

How is that a response to what I just said? Note I said majority of serious role-plays. Bluzone is an exception and in fact avoided a lot of trends which a lot of role plays have, which isn't always a bad thing.

You can also ban people and then get tonnes of people whining and giving your server a terrible reputation. Not to mention, the server is restricted with the player count anyhow.
