if all you're worried about is losing weight, sure
but if you're actually concerned about being healthy, and you do that, you're a dumbass

I think diet is probably more important for actual health than, say, working out. Obviously you need some exercise, but yeah.

I have 2 problems with Fitocracy
1. Because of my heart condition, I can't lift weights. There are no settings on Fitocracy to inform them of this, so it's giving me weight lifting challenges which I can't do.
2. The minimum age requirement is 17 (but I can just lie anyway).
This isn't going to work.

I don't pay any attention to the challenges, it's mostly there just to track your workouts and whatnot, you don't have to lift weights yakno.
