I just went and added everyone who gave their Friend Code in the topic.
Was being a bit of a bitch, since it kept telling me I couldn't connect to the internet (although I had the WiFi on, it said I was connected to the Internet in the top left corner and bars were available).
Had to re-connect to my router and get my 3DS to update to the latest version and restart.
Then it seemed to work.

The only thing that's kept me going is the fact that I don't need a stylus to play Pokemon.

But then I wanted to play my Pokemon Ranger game and I started to die inside. ;-;

the sad thing is, when my grandmother bought me a PS Vita for christmas, she bought me this accessories pack that came with a stylus. but later i lost it :(

I'm dreadful with styluses. I've lost so many.
My dad even lent me his stylus for his SatNav, which I managed to lose forever in the back of the car during a journey.

I chew/nibble on them as well, so they slowly get broken.
And when the ends get broken, they tend not to stick in the stylus slot of the DS, so they just fall out.
