Do you guys ever go through periods where very little interests you, and then all of a sudden you just find a spark of conviction in yourself?

stuff just seems to be going well for me lately, and now I feel motivated and it's amazing.  I hope you all feel the same.

Yeah it happens to me all the time. I try and keep myself busy with a number of projects as well as friends and school work. It's almost as if the interest issues are connected to the little bouts of depression I get sometimes.

yeah my mom opened a checking account for me for some reason. I'm not even sixteen yet. but anyway, after I'm sixteen, I'll probably start with a job, if I can find one. I'm really excited about that, even though it's pretty far-off

I get depressed if I don't find something new an fun to do. I get bored fast too. forget growing up, I used to have so much fun as a little kid.

some advice, stay out of the food service industry unless you're making tips and are willing to put in long, late hours (busboy, bar back, etc)

if you're willing to do that you'll make a ton of money, but if that's not what you're looking for do something else.

if you can become a lifeguard that's great work, lots of pay for little effort

and everything you guys are saying is pretty hilarious/awesome

So my mind pretty much blanked here, got really confused, if you're wondering what period I am in now it's my immature state.

I sometimes find myself VERY wanting to play a specific game on Steam. I click it's name without even starting then I am like "meh" and go do something else.
That actually happens often.
