Every Time I don't have a shirt on my back gets really itchy and i have a huge vain on my dingy dong hey u asked.

I get cold, but not itchy, usually. I don't go shirtless often, though, and when I do it's almost always under blankets.
I should mention that it only happens, like when I'm getting in the shower or something. if I'm just lying in bed without a shirt, and that kinda stuff, it doesn't get itchybut I only get cold when it's cold!
Oh, remembered the other thing. Like, around my right elbow the skin is discolored and I dunno why.And I have (relatively minor, not like the picture on Wikipedia) pectus excavatum.
