No I literally can't have both

Milk gives me indigestion and I feel like stuff for four hours straight.
Seafood makes me gag and sometimes throw up.  Then a real stuffty feeling afterwards
If the milk doesn't make you vomit, then it may be that you are lactose intolerant.

I don't know if you like milk, so it could be pointless, but you could try Goat's Milk, since it doesn't contain lactose.
And I can personally vouch for it not tasting weird or disgusting. Just tastes like milk.

The seafood could be allergy, or just not liking it.
I don't like most seafood, and it makes me feel sick and disgusted if ever I've had some.
The only seafood I can really eat is Cod, and occasionally a bit of shrimp and scampi.
Most put me off though, and so will the above in any large quantity.

Oh no, I am lactose intolerant I have to drink this stuff for that not to happen
Milk is wonderful.  But about the seafood, that goes for all of it.  Clams, lobster, fish (any), crabs.  Can't have any seafood.  Not even fish sticks

Certain textures of food, not the taste, the texture make me want to vomit

Those sort of products are alright, since they just break down the lactose ahead of time. But I think they can be more expensive, due to being branded and being medicinal.
They do have the benefit of being from a cow however, which is more preferable by some.

Milks like Goats milk can be cheaper since they're not branded as medicinal.
The benefits to them is that they have absolutely no lactose in them at all, since Goats don't produce milk with lactose.
Downsides are it comes from a goat, which some people don't like, and it's not always as sweet (as it doesn't contain any lactose sugars).

yeah, I have tried soy milk, goats milk, all that jazz.  But in the end, I prefer lactose-removed milk from cows.  The only difference is that its a little bit creamier.  But besides that, it tastes pretty much the same.  Also, if someone comes to visit, you don't need to buy regular milk, as anyone can have lactose free milk

can't drink milk
that's relatively common, and is actually supposed to be the case for everyone after waning

oh man yes
and not even just mixtures
like, eating a piece of steak or something with cartilage or a lot of fat ends with me gagging and actually being incapable of swallowing it (dunno why, but it doesn't matter how hard I try, I just can't swallow it)
and like, apple pie. I'd really like it otherwise, but the chunks of apple conflict with the everything else, and I can't enjoy it
