What I find wrong is that people are willing to spill out personal information. I drink eight ice cold glasses a day. Burns calories and hydrates better.

honestly my piss is always yellow

Drink 4+ ~16oz water bottles a day. The recommended water intake is 64oz.

How are you measuring your legs?

My hip is about 3 inches above the high hurdles at school which are 36" so Im getting my legs are about 30-32" measuring the inside of the leg to the groin
Im also only 5' 8"

Stepping on a tape measure and pulling it up until the length gets to the bottom or near-bottom of my hip.
