i got braces

Its not that bad, treat them as  a part of your mouth. You'll get used to it. I've learned that by the time the stuff only kind of hurts from all the pain killers you may take, you need to start eating stuff some stuff. The only way to get rid of the pain is to get used to it, and putting pressure on your teeth, then it fades away.

I had them from Spring of Sixth grade until this very day. But... IM GETTING THEM OFF FRIDAY! Yay!

Had braces for a year and a half, NEVER took care of them, orthodontist said my teeth were perfect (though their color is gnarly cause my brush technique was stuff at the time)

...and the worst part is when they take them off with the heat-gun, not only does your mouth taste like absolute stuff, but it hurts like forget. And the next worst part is when they take them off and realize that your teeth aren't as straight as expected, so they decide to put them back on.

I get kidney stones and I removed my 3rd stent today, the pain is nothing compared to what I've experienced.

palate expanders are a pain as well, you talk and eat funny for a few weeks, then you get this big ass gap in your teeth.

Kidney stones hurt badly, I feel REALLY bad for you. I had something similar to it called Colitis last year when I was 13, stayed in the hospital for 2 months. THE PAIN WAS AWFUL
