For 1x1f it's 0.5x0.5x0.2.

Depends on the converter.

The 1x1x1 brick size is 1.0 1.0 1.2 in Blender units and 1x1f plate is 1.0 1.0 0.4. (Or the default cube scaled 0.5 and 1.2 Z for 1x1x1.)
(1x1x1 is 0.5 0.5 0.6 Blender units when using 3dtoblb or obj2blb.)
