Can someone link me to that bucket that is an item and acts as headshot protection when on your head?

No, not the exact one.
I keep seeing the headshot protection bucket on different servers.
It's an item, that when clicked, it says "You equipped the bucket! +10 headshot protection" or something like that. And when clicked again, it takes the bucket off.
