Then again, I'm not sure martial law requires that lol
Its federal law after Miranda v. Arizona.
According to CNN he wasn't read his Miranda rights upon capture or something. This could make the legal battle fairly complicated I imagine. Then again, I'm not sure martial law requires that lol
He knows what the forget he did.[/quoteThis doesn't mean anything lol
pretty sure terrorists don't get the standard rights
I'm not really sure why they would
New article from CNN, he's being treated as an enemy combatant, so he probably won't get a lawyer OR mirandized. He apparently doesn't get the right to remain silent, and bail is not gonna happen.
Miranda's rights doesn't make an arrest invalid. He's going to have a real trial, not some bullstuff military tribunal. That's a good thing too. We don't need citizen's getting hush hush trials and executed.
Well if he want to appeal he it will help him that the Miranda's right wasn't spoken to him.
Give the guy a death sentence.I don't give a stuff if he is mental, forget him. He was mentally capable and if he wasn't; the two brothers wouldn't of done this.
