Guys, it only passed the house. Here's how this system works:
It passes the house, then moves to the Senate. They discuss it, like the house, and change some lines here and there. If something, even something small changes, and it gets passed it goes back to the House to be revoted on. If it changes again, it goes back to the Senate. It keeps going until an agreement between the two houses is met. Everything should be fine.
