Many people with epilepsy do have tumors, so I assumed. I don't have much pity for people who have conditions like cancer and still smoke when they know that is what is killing them. I am only offended when he labels it as a "mental handicapation", I guess I will start calling his epilepsy that if that's how it will go.

Pursuit of happiness is considered an inalienable human right by the U.S. Constitution. If you're saying the pursuit is a right, but actually being happy isn't, that's just stupid. But I think it's best to ignore semantics and understand that you're saying some people shouldn't be happy because they were born dumb, which is in no way their fault.
