When going into safe mode, there is a blank white screen, me havijg no control.

If you already have Malwarebyte's Antimalware.. Then run a scan with it. If it comes up empty, try AVG Free.

Only if you can't scan regularly. If your computer is being taken over then yes. Otherwise, I'd just run a scan right now.

Yes Rkill works great, but it's not always needed. Works best for when your comp is being messed with hard.
