Hell some emulators even make the graphics look nicer

Holy loving smooth.

Still you have far more options with a PC emulator. Custom levels. Adjust the graphics. Different controllers, enabling cheats without game genie. Have 2 different games running at once, etc.

Hook up an NES controller with a USB port to your PC, then hook up your PC to your TV.

But honestly, that's not what a PC is meant for. Wouldn't you wanna play new games instead of old on your own computer?

Sometimes, you do have to use an emulator if you wanna play a game that wasn't sold in the US, but most of the time, no.

I have used an NES and SNES emulator compared to a real game and real controller, it just feels and plays better.

Yes they are.

Its more convenient to have one system that plays all your games instead of 10. You don't have to hook up a different system every time you want to play a different game.

Calm down and admire this turtle.

-snipped, next time i won't help you-
remove the image, no one wants to see that stuff

i guess you'll just have to wait or try to find another adapter that'll work

There are clone systems out there that have 3 in 1 and stuff like that. Plus, you might not want to play SNES or Genesis games.

But if he wants to play the original, he's not going to want to use a clone system. And having options is usually considered good, whether you make use of them or not.

And with a PC you can choose not to get a Genesis emulator. The 3 in 1 systems may have the Genesis anyway. And if you want to play 10 different types of consoles you don't need to buy a huge clusterforget machine

There are many options, and they aren't that big.

Eh, clone consoles aren't that bad. They can be for people who want to have multiple consoles. Plus, like I said, I have one and I feel like it's original.
