I need some help fast

So I downloaded this and I hated it so I uninstalled it. Everything is fine besides the icons and the start up screen where you choose your user. This is my family computer and they won't like it if the first thing they see is different after 4 years. How to fix anyone?

Try using the windows system restore and restore it to a previous date
