Hallucinogens are too powerful for the majority of the public to consume. They're harmless if taken with responsibility, and that responsibility doesn't exist with 4/5 normal people. So they are dangerous. They shouldn't be a class A drug, and the penalties for possession or consumption shouldn't be so hard. But they should still be illegal as forget.

I don't think that's a viable option in this day and age. Just go to amsterdam if you want to trip, you can still buy physcadelic truffles if you want to trip balls. Or grow them yourself, it's very cheap and easy to grow a forget ton of shrooms. And you can buy all the spores and equipment online, legally. lol.

I seriously don't see the point of poisoning your body just to feel 'good.'
I understand that it can be used for medical stuff, but the thing is if it becomes legalized it would be abused more without any consequences. I rather not go on the street and see 10 people high on mushrooms going around on a killing spree just because they thought people were mutants or some stuff. I doubt you can fully control your feelings/actions when you're high/hallucinating. Also what's the possibility that more people will see unhappy things rather than happy things? Just so many problems with this. For your safety and everyone else's it would be better not to legalize these types of 'drugs.'

The only way I'd be happy to have shrooms legalized is was if it was done in a controlled environment with people who didn't trip balls. That way people who had bad trips could be taken to the bad trip room where they could calm down.

One thing about the high on shrooms is that if you know what you're taking, you will be able to control yourself; you wont kill anybody unless you get seriously frightened into it. It's the fact that you'd end up killing yourself by doing something stupid which is more harmful.

Going to a shroomhouse for the night would be loving unreal. Imagine a big hotel-like place in which you got to trip balls with loads of other people and run around and play games and stuff :D

Fine, understand if you violate someone's rights, you will face consequences. Preventative action is talk of statism. Arresting someone on a before they commit a crime is unconstitutional, why should banning something to do the same purpose allowed? Just because you don't like something or think it's in bad taste, doesn't mean it should be banned. I don't want any of you people telling me what the forget I can and can't do with my body.
