Author Topic: I'm having a lot of trouble trying to fall asleep.  (Read 938 times)

Hey guys, so all night, I have not had very much luck with going to sleep tonight. Not sure what's going on, because I need it. This was the last day of spring break and school starts again tomorrow.

I just can't fall into a slumber. I'm too hot, I'm too cold, my brain can't stop having so many thoughts. I just keep getting up and losing sleep.

I really need to go to bed. Can you guys help me?

I have these kinds of problems all the time, you just have to tire yourself out with something that'll also distract you until you know you'll just fall asleep.

Hope this helps.

that's why im on the forums right now  :cookieMonster:

But what should I do?

If it's just a problem once you should try Benadryl or Melatonin so you can pass off.

One thing doctors always ask you if you're having insomnia is how much caffeine/ginseng you consume on a regular basis.

I never went to sleep last night :u

these god damned forums kept me up all night

1) Drink warm milk
2) Pretend that you are really bored or tired before going to sleep
3) Don't play video games before going to sleep

if you dont sleep the boogie man will come out of your closet... and thrust his big manly snake inside your shriveled star fish

I'm too hot, I'm too cold
hot and you're cold
yes and you're no
in when it's out
up when it's down

how about you put down your devices and go the forget to sleep

hot and you're cold
yes and you're no
in when it's out
up when it's down

This was my thought.

Masturbate before going to bed.
