Okay, so I'm just gonna say that Cred-X probably lost.  Yay.  How are we going to divide up the land?

Any objections to Erinaum and Lestania splitting the Siberian portion.  Erinaum and Zenith splitting the African portion, and Zenith and Lestania splitting the Greenland portion?

As for colonies, Erinaum would like them in order to fit a huge population, since we're running out of room to put people.

OCS can have operation centers in Erinaum, as well as a regulated amount of recruitment centers.

OCS would like to draft civilians for their group, and build training/base compounds throughout the land.

You cannot draft my civilians.  You can put up advertisements and recruit voluntarily.  You may set up tables for information and recruitment at High Schools and Colleges, etc.  Going door-to-door counts as a soliciting charge, though.

Cool.  I'll edit it when I can because I am stuck on my phone.  Mikoyan also let me know that I could have Belsnia since he's not into future tech.  I will allow it to be a protectorate.

Anyways, my proposition is to convert Erinaum, Lestainia and Zenith into one super-massive federation.  All member states involved, say I.

The premise of this proposition is to create a tight formal alliance network, where each nation is represented in a nation panel, and decisions for the entire federation will be made according to the leaders' joint decisions.  Each member state will be able to govern itself.  However, this massive nation will act as one force.

(If anyone remembers the Red Sphere, it's that kind of union, but this time with more political tolerance.)
