You can now see what they look like. They are humanoid, have cranial ridges, and are darker skinned.



They explain that the meteor was a weapon launched by a hostile species. It is unknown why they want to destroy humanity but they are intent on doing so. The radio emissions were signs of radio controllability. They have launched some more weapons. The Khon don't know what else they could be but they are here to save Humanity from any attack, as the technology is about 20 years into the future. They have ships that go the speed of light.

The Khon are willing to share blueprints of a light speed reactor so you may explore closeby star systems without taking generations.


Their explanation for their wanting to help humanity is because humans have always intrigued them and they would hate to see an entire species killed.

Erinaum would like to suggest that the CAC unite all Earth nations.

Erinaum introduces a technology that was hidden from public eye for three decades.  The tech involved Gravitanium, and would allow a single Gn Reactor to reach incredible speeds many times the speed of light.  The assumed progress is at 60%, though it has never been tested, but due to the revealing of a light speed technology, Erinaum would like to share designs with the Khonian  and would like to search for faster means of transportation.

Yep.  We might as well say we are "Annexing" Afkoshlia, but it's pretty apparent that international domination isn't the purpose here.

While we're at it, motion to claim all the rest of the Earth land for the CAC jointly?  Yay or Nay?

I say we claim it, but if someone wants to start another nation then we'll give them land from that area.

Since we're all of Humanity, we should probably rename ourselves the "Terran Empire"

Also, I kinda like the CAC flag.  Should we carry that over to the Terran Empire and use colors from that?  I think navy blue since blue colors have not been used yet.

Also, the Nations should stay in place to show our administrative areas.  The CAC may only act within them jointly if it's for the point of humanity to no party's expense.

Finally, I bring one more proposal.  Earth should have a formidable Space Armada.  I propose that all Nations contribute to make an enormous armada, and that all colonies be mutually owned.  These colonies will also expand to the whole body of the planet, moon, etc.  Erinaum will be willing to share all of its knowledge and designs of Gravitanium craft with all the countries.  (Aside from those in R&D which may be conceivably unstable.)  If nations have not been using Gravitanium, then Erinaum will be willing to sell Gravitanium or fully-fitted Gravitanium-warp ships to nations.

Also, I would like to motion the licensing of the OCS Organization for privateering against enemies, at the approval of CAC (perhaps TE) motion.

The flag is nice, we'll keep it and yes I agree with navy blue.

Yep, just colour in the areas no-one has claim in, but leave our original countries there.

A space armada sounds like a good idea, Lestainia can contribute resources, workers and factories to the cause. Since we're all pretty much one Empire and we're under attack, it's necessary

I suggest we should keep our capitols.  The new capitol should be in the newly acquired land.  Erinaum will be devoting its production centers to making ERLUs, so that producing a space fleet will be easy and quick.

We need to get Afkoshlia and Belsnia up to speed so that we can work at full capacity.  Everyone needs to be able to use Gravitanium, because I believe that Erinaum and Zenith are the only nations that can produce it at this point.
