well, as far as i know, i wasn't

did i use the lotto too much?

Using no bricks in a gamemode made up of shapes that could easily be replicated in brick form and use less rendering power is nothing to be proud of.

Marble man has done it again! i like the no bricks its much less laggy and you can do more (lolshapemonsters) :D

static shapes are extremely much slower than bricks
I tried testing it on some old computer I have standing around

200000 bricks: ~24 fps
2000 static shapes: ~3 fps

200000 bricks: ~10 fps
2000 static shapes: ~3 fps (Idk)
(My comp sucks.)

A little harsh? I think he can try to innovate new things wherever he wants to...?
You probably meant using old and inefficient methods over massively improved ones

Yeah maybe this wasn't such an efficient idea
But it's not necessarily bad either, what's the big deal? It seems like a really interesting concept if nothing else

I'd be all for it if it was a level design you couldn't simulate in brick form, such as with the addition of animated 'buttons' and other fun stuff like that, but as it is, its just a cube arena.

And would have been better off in brick form.

What?

How is that an answer to my point.

You can build a brick area,
add a few events,
and bam! it works the same as it did with static shapes

Okay?

Why not do it that way?

The point I was trying to make is the fact that you're much better off using bricks over static shapes.
