Unless you can do this yourself, have someone look at your laptop's fan and processor.
Your fan might not be doing its job properly or it could be filled with dust.
If it's dust, just get some compressed air and blow it out.
If it's not working properly, try to get it replaced.
My computer had the same problem just a few days ago.
My fan wasn't exactly doing its job.
The temperature would get well over seventy degrees Celsius, and the fan would hardly do anything.
Just yesterday, I got a water cooling system and it hasn't gone above thirty degrees!
