I never loving bought a key because I was getting logged out.
I wanted to have 2 accounts back, without the Maxx_ account, I only have 1 account usable.
I bought a key so I could have 2 accounts available to me at any time incase something happens to one of them.

i don't think Maxx is physically handicapped, like diagnosed with it or anything
i think he's immature pretty frequently and does a lot of things that look like he's asking for attention
but he can type properly and occasionally can speak to people without pissing them off, so i'm okay with him.
