Its a private add-on and he had the datablock called tremor on a server that was called:The Tremor,you evenutally roleplayed as  a citizen,you just survived a tremor,and NOBODY was the tremor but the host.he said players are too dumb to play as the tremor.

Tremor is actually Graboid Playertype. He causes Tremors and eats players.
