It's usually the first thing a player tries to do when they spawn. It should be discouraged, not punished.

We don't ban someone for speaking outside the roleplay instantly, and we have an OOC chat for non roleplay discussions. People also usually read the rules, so we don't encounter these situations! Not to mention, as you stated, you do not wish to roleplay, and therefore are not allowed on the server which is dedicated to roleplay.

Also, just returning the favour; if you're going to be a prick and expect no retaliation then I don't know what you were thinking.
