Bloody Hands
You murdered one of the best of the best, I hope you're happy. You instantly lose a large amount of karma that won't be going back up anytime soon, and both speech and barter challenges become harder. All United State members will be hostile to you. Nobody likes a murderer. On the plus side, you gain more action points and all who oppose the United State will assist you in combat.

Friend with Benefit
Friends with one of the best of the best, I'd be happy. You instantly gain a large amount of karma, and both speech and barter challenges become easier. All United State members will assist you in combat. Everyone loves a cool person. On the down side, all who oppose the United State will be hostile to you.

Sarcasm
Star must be your companion to have this perk. Star was ordered to follow you around after what you did for the United State. You gain Snarkiness and Charisma. It's generally easier to get around people with a friendly approach.

Serious
Star must be your companion to have this perk. Star didn't really have anywhere else to go after you did what you did. Doing stuff aggressively becomes easier.

US Gun of Choice
All recharger rifles and pistols are generally better in all areas in combat.
