2. Using children as special op soldiers doesn't make sense.
3. No invading player nations without 1) Consent 2) Clear ability.
4. Do not take over an entire continent in one turn; One country per turn.
5. No aliens.
6. Moderators do disasters and stuff.
7. Moderators can bar people from the thread.
8. Countries are based on in real life siege difficulty; the USA, Russia and China are nearly impossible to take over. (I will give these in like a raffle thingy. Just no takey's yet.)
