Use it to your advantage to eat a stuffload of good stuff that you would give anything to eat when you're a middle aged man!
I don't have any advice, sorry.

If you consume to much sugar you can develop acne

You guys may want to see a nutrition specialist if you're that low-weight.

I'm 5'10" and approx. 135-140 lbs.

I'm taller and lighter. It's really difficult to find well-fitting clothing. Like, impossibly difficult.

I'm 15, 5'11 and weigh 110 pounds.

in order to gain mass, you must make your body find use for that mass you're passing through your body.

hence, you should work out.

exercising your muscles is a great way for your body to grow and stuff.

i used to be like 115ish like most of you, 5' 9" and that. I started working out daily and put on 15-20 pounds. do like 100 pushups, 200 situps, curls and stuff everyday and then finish each off with chocolate milk and youll get there in no time

I've put on 20 pounds just from hitting the gym every few days.

I do an average of about 150 sit ups and 40 push ups a day.
My abs start to really tighten after 80 sit ups.

I'm 6'3" and i have the opposite problem.

I'm like 6'2" and 150.

Pretty average.

start lifting fgt
used to be ~120 at 5'6" and now i'm 132 and buff as balls
endurance swimming is a good alternative to weight lifting too, i did a lot of it in my scuba class and that's when i really started gaining mass

5'8" to 5'10" ish, not sure...one day I'll be 97lbs and the other I'll be 95.

My problem is definitely exercise, but I'm also a lazy bastard.

yay im not skinny!!!!!!

but yeah

Lol

I lost a lot of weight due to illnesses striking me the last 12 months but when I was at my lowest part of being ill, i hit 120lbs at 5"11, I am now currently gaining by eating a stuffload of food, and it's pretty hard considering I have a fast metabolism also. I am the same height, but I weigh around 135-140lbs, depending on if I need a fat juicy stuff.

You can fix it if you put your mind to it.
