Author Topic: A Ranch-Style House  (Read 2426 times)

I'm not a fan of textures. In my opinion Blockland isn't meant to be perfectly realistic. There is a sense of cartooniness that makes this game what it is. I don't like changing that.

Does this help?
No.
No no and no. For the love of everything beyond God, somehow, no.

Nice. I think the flat roof on the garage is a bit weird though, looks more like an anomaly than the rest of the house.

I love the house, especially the exterior design.

10/10

I would give it higher, if I could.

I hope your sure that's a Ranch House, Looks more like a small Mansion or something, a Manor, not sure...

I like it. :3

It looks like a home in Beverly Hills; but with class.

8/10, only because of that one section with a flat roof.
It doesn't really go with the section that has a wedged roof.

Ranch-style means the house is only one floor.

As for the roof, I thought the horizontal accent contributed to the angled roof, made it more pronounced. Sorry to hear those of you don't like it.

I love how open the interior is! You don't see interiors like that very often. Excellent job.

I think the problem with the flat roof is how large and empty it is. Add some details (maybe a turbine thing) and maybe raise part of it so that it's at a slightly different elevation/angle than the rest of the garage roof.

I have an idea, how about you would make the flat roof accessible and make it like some sort of terrace?

No, that's way too exclusive.

Yeah, I guess so now that I think about it.

I dislike the garage because the doors doesn't seem pretty. (Most of the time I see the put one brick back)
