I had to flush my DNS cache to get back on. Wasn't able to load the site all day and even isup.me said it was down (and still does).

When someone else said they could get on just fine I thought it was some weird regional thing or some stuff. Then about 5 minutes ago I switched my phone over to 3G from wifi and was able to connect, at which point I remembered about flushing the DNS cache.

tl;dr -- If you can't get on the forums on your computer, run the command prompt as admin and type ipconfig /flushdns

Who doesn't have spell check built into their browser in 2013?

my issue seems to only be resolved when i get on through proxies (this time i'm using tor, using hidemyass makes it nearly impossible to post)
since i know jack about such things, the only idea i come up with is it somehow has to do with my ip. but that sounds stupid

trying to access using other browsers doesn't fix it, nor flushing the dns cache. so i'm stuck

it seems to just be a Tor-block, though it certainly looked like a permanent ban
