On the internet, in an ingame world, I doubt you have any real rights, so what Ephialtes does falls more on those who administrate and/or run the server, and of course discuss the issue.
I believe you should be required to follow many of the same rights as the constitution, such as freedom of speech, and the fact that you were punished despite not creating any sort of nuisance, does put him in the wrong; but that is just my opinion, since there is no real rules against abusing your administration powers.
He did not have probable cause based on the screenshot snippets given, and should have treated you as an equal.
