hi im builder and i want to start making my own mods ive been reading on it and asking questions and so i was going to install blender but then it kept saying error and that i need to download some other kind of program so if anyone has advice that would be awesome cause im confused right now.

Honestly all i need is some links to what to get because i dont know wich modding kit to get theres so many of them. also please if anyone has useful tips that would be helpful too.

use milkshape 3d, but
use this to make sure the vehicle is the right size
