What exactly does Head Manager mean? If someone needs to show me around and see how I'm running things, it's fine.

Ok, was bored... Whipped up some uniforms and classes. See how it goes - Constructive Criticism ples

Note: these uniforms will be used at meet ups, clan battles, training, and of the like. It won't exactly be used at Jail Escape servers or things with preset skins.



Starting from the top of the classes

Class: Captain

Weapons: usually pistol and (powerful) sword/ melee

Rank: Leader, Founder, VIP ranks in general.

Earn: Be chosen/ Master Commando class, Complete "Best Team" Assignment



Class: Commando

Weapons: melee, always (unless no melee available - use guns)

Rank: Major, Lieutenant, Sergeant

Earn: Master Soldier class, complete "marauder" Assignment, complete "Best squad" Assignment

(Base skin: )



Class: Soldier

Weapons: Rifle/Assault Rifle, melee (preferably sword)

Rank: Corporal, Sergeant

Earn: Master Support class, be able to complete "Unstoppable" Assignment

(Base Skin: )



Class: Pilot, Driver, Mechanic

Weapons: Pistol (When Mechanic, or using ground vehicles: Pistol, Light assault rifle)

Rank: Any (skill class)

Earn: prove to be good flier, able to complete a set of given obstacles, Complete "Air conquer" Assignment



Last, and least.

Class: Support

Weapons: Heavy machine gun, (any high rate of fire weapon)

Rank: Recruit, Private

Earn: Join, complete training

FACES ARE CHOSEN BY THE MEMBER

And that is about it. The objective of this clan is to have great melee skill, to be respectful and well disciplined. The better you are, the better rank and respect is rewarded.

In order to be promoted you must complete the "Earn" for the new class, and be approved for the new class.



Any rank below you must respect you and follow your orders. If you abuse the power with stupid or dangerous(unsuccessful) commands and are reported, you will either be temporarily demoted or warned.

Rank fraud is a SERIOUS offense. Rank fraud can be punishable by suspension, demotion, exile, and more depending on how much of an offense you made.

Rank fraud is when you identify yourself as a higher rank than you actually are. Ranks will be shown on our clan threads.
If you command an equal or higher rank, it is an offense.
If you take role as a rank that you were promoted to, but wasn't updated yet on the thread, it is an offense.
If you do not report rank fraud and continuously do so, you will be suspected for being a traitor, making offenses for all involved on the fraud to be worse.
If you do not report rank fraud on many different occasions, you will be punished with similar consequences for abusing power.
Disrespecting and ignoring higher ranks will result with a warning when reported, and will be punished on second offense.

I appreciate the effort you put into this, but it comes off to me as more of a Assult TDM Squad type of clan. The ranks are respectable, and the uniforms are nice, but i feel it is too much of a drag toward a TDM approach and less of a liberal nature.

- Suggestions -

~ Class names based around liberty
~ Something honorable to rank up, rather than completing training courses / "missions"
