forget that get an HD 7990

no

So don't get a card that performs 30% better at the same price?

if you're looking to just play some of the "high end" games on high settings, get a 690.
if you want actual high end performance on some extremely demanding programs, get a Titan.
and if you want a bigger richard than everyone in your neighborhood, get dual threaded Xeons.

690 is better than 7990
and 30% increase??

devil 13 is almost the same thing as 7990
both of them are just 2 7970 gpu's together
devil 13 consumes more power, thats pretty much the only difference

It's still the $999, which is the same price as a Titan. So you're getting two great cards in one at a much cheaper price. I don't see the problem.

yes, 7990 is better in some games and 690 in others
but your claim of 30% increase is just outright bullstuff
