Author Topic: Can't sleep. Can someone sing me a lullaby?  (Read 4610 times)

I'm having trouble going to sleep after I had just recently started going to bed and waking up at a decent hour because I was tired of waking up at 12:00 PM in the afternoon. Does anyone have anything good that will help me relax and fall asleep?

Also how would I tell if I have/had insomnia because this isn't the first time this has happened recently.

EDIT: Did some research pretty sure I have insomnia, I have all but one symptom.

You don't have insomnia, it's your body not being used to the new bedtime.

No, I've been told I have insomnia. From what it sounds like to me is you just aren't that tired.

Put your head on your pillow
close your eyes and start counting sheep
a sleepy as -
forget this
just go the forget to sleep

I tend to sleep for only 3-4 hours.

Listen to music from this artist, really helps me sleep.

Tycho - Ascension
Tycho - The Disconnect

Hush now, quiet now.
It's time to lay your sleepy head.
Hush now, quiet now.
It's time to go to bed.

Rock-a-bye baby, in the tree top
When the wind blows, the cradle will rock
When the bough breaks, the cradle will fall
And down will come baby, cradle and all

ok baby
