"Seach" Missing

Well the forums never ran particularly brilliantly to start with, then we switched over to a new server with a different OS and blank config, then in an attempt to speed things up I changed a bunch of tables from myisam to innodb and that may have made things worse. 

On top of that we're getting DDoS'd because some losers need to get "revenge" on me for daring to make a game and then not letting them harass everyone on it endlessly. 

I haven't been following this at all.  Do we know who they are? Screen names anyways?  Do they relate to the whole TBM thing?

I'm pretty sure the TBM drama is over, but you can never be sure with these people.  The new generation of this bullstuff just seems to be based on harassment and generalized crime.

The following people are active users and have been directly involved with account hijacking, phishing, hacking attempts, credit card fraud or DDoS attacks:

• jazz
• lando the climber
• okiver
• slicksilver

Their motivation seems to be that I have wronged them in some way by banning them, or because I am too successful, or not successful enough.  I can't really figure it out.  Anyway, they need revenge on me or the blockland forum or something because I didn't let them post trojans or endlessly harass people or buy the game with stolen credit cards.  It doesn't really make any sense.

Seems some of them are on an alluring power trip path leading to greater crimes with very real consequences.

They probably do try to rationalize it as revenge for some believed wrongdoing done to them.  Just jealousy imo.
