Well what I found interesting you can't find this one on the RTB ID list.

Let me get this straight:
Every RTB player is stored in some sort of giant RTB database linked with the BLID's of each player
And 2 is some sort of addition to that database, but not a real BLID?

It probably was just a mere test account for Badspot before Blockland became open to the public, and probably before Blockland was even fully completed.
