I have lost an unbelievable amount of Pokemon Cards to the washing machine.

Always check your trouser pockets before you put them in the wash.
I know I had a fair few shinies and interesting cards from series that are probably 10 or so years old now.
Couldn't name all of them. There's probably a few random ones lying around in old boxes in the attic.

The only cards I have now are ones my parents brought me randomly for Christmas just gone.

It's a set of "Black&White Dark Explorers" series cards. Has a nice picture of Zoroark on the front (which I think is why my parents brought it, because they also got me a Zoroark plush).

It has a Shiny Zoroark card in it.
And a surprisingly large amount of Water Type pokemon, with only a few Darks. (Zoroark, Zorua and Vullaby)

I still have a binder full of Pokémon cards from late Gen. 3 and Early Gen. 4. I've got Rayquaza and Arceus, both Lv. X, and I also have an EX Rayquaza. One time I got lucky and found a Lv. X in a booster pack; it was Hippowdon.
