Author Topic: Shadows not working on Tezunis server  (Read 1063 times)

I can't get shadows/shaders to work on tezunis server, I have them on very high, nothing is greyed out, they work on other servers.
Anyone know how to fix this?

the shadows probably refuse to work with such a stuffty build.
tell tezuni to make it less stuff so shadows arent embarrassed to try and make stuff look better.

this post will probably get me banned from his server for 'forum_troll_pass'
lmao.

Is it because it's indoors? Unless the build is directly touched by sunlight, no shadows will appear

It'll probably get you banned from more than his server.

lol'd hard.

its probably possible to force players to disable shadows, this might be the case for some reason

Maybe he just set the environment shadow color to the same as the ambient/direct color.

You can't force a client's shadow options from the server.

I just set my environment settings to full bright on all types of lighting and for shadow color.

Hope that clears it up for you lol.

The alternative to properly lighting a build!

Perhaps he made the sun under the map and just made the shadow color like normal light.

properly hmm?

it's just how I like my light settings

It's because it's completely inside, the shaders work on the field and escape area.
It tells you to turn off shaders because if they're off, it wouldn't be dark.

Or you can just add lights and windows to your build. Like a normal one would have.

When you go to a real prison, it's not windowless, and they have lights.
