not everything must be a new idea, some things must be made as fixes or things people need.

well, i'll agree with khain

also agreee with either heedicalking, bushido, kalph, or someone that said something about medieval weps

people who make medieval weps, all they do is make a sword, and then make it one hit kill
then they recolor the sword to make it look cooler, and then make it like, 2 damage

i know its hard coming up with some idea no one took/make it unique, but you know, ya!

(just dont recolor stuff and make it have more damage!!!

I rarely make weapons, mostly because I'm terrible at modeling, but also because I lack creativity to come up with a unique weapon.
I think the last time I made a weapon was back when 0002 + RTB was current, I recreated the shrink ray and expander from duke nukem 3d, and even those just reused the blaster model.

I admit, if you're a beginner in scripting, you won't be a huge badass in it and bring up some super, mega awesome add-ons, but why are people so ignorant and arrogant and want to upload those add-ons, that a 7 year old kid could write himself, to RTB?

EDIT:
Yeah, the person probarly learned from it, as he striked the text with submitting the add-on to RTB. This was just a quite example of what people release today and think "how big it could become", while it's just another little add-on, that everyone could script alone and for personal use.

We should have rocket launchers which shoot shotgun rockets, which burst into a bunch of bullets. That would basically be like a grenade launcher but with frags.
