Allyorbase- Doesn't even deserve moderator.

Alright, I was on LegoPepper's dogfight (which is awesome imo) and I start doing my normal stuff (flying to red base's roof and waiting for them to find out and shoot them). So, while I'm doing that, allyorbase warns me that that is apparently spawncamping (spawncamping is being LITERALLY in the spawn, which would be the weapon room, but the weapon room doors cant be opened by blue team, only red team.), but I told him that it wasn't, and explained. Then, a red team member shot me. So I go and do the same thing, and a red team member even shoots me FIRST, yet allyorbase warns me again. I explained to him that the red team member shot first, only to be banned for 360 minutes by him. He didn't even let me explain. Pictures:

I mean, there's no clear proof here that Setro did any spawn killing/camping. Maybe some pictures would be nice, rather than just chat.

The spawn room is the weapon room, which is below the roof.
Every door in the red base can only be opened by red team members.
So, I wasn't in the spawn, and red team members knew I was up there. They had 2 choices: To go and fight somewhere else, or to go on the roof and fight me. So how is that spawnkilling?

Also: Allyorbase was repeatedly ramming his plane into others when he wasn't in the mini-game and not on any team.

It still isn't considered 'spawn-camping'. Setro was using a tactic to attack and kill his opponents efficiently without breaking a rule from what I'm assuming, and you and those who were dying deemed it unfair because it was effective, or they couldn't take the time to plan how to keep setro from using such tactic.

I can think of various ways to combat one player camping on the roof of your base, and there is no way that it was impossible to kill setro whilst he was camped on the roof of the base. You could have had more than one person press on setro's vantage point while he's occupied; if there's only one entrance to the base, that's certainly more an unfair design flaw than an unfair tactic.

Another point I want to bring up is that there's also various ways to prevent people from doing what setro did, such as using zone events or slayer team events. Instead of punishing a user for using an efficient tactic in a death match, you could make it so he couldn't do such a thing in the first place. It's a win-win situation.

It looks like you said in the OP that you would wait until they say and started to shoot you after they come out of the spawn. That's spawn camping, you wait for them to come out and start to kill them so they can't get very far. Or did I read it wrong?
